Our Policies
A referral is the best gift a salon can receive from a customer. That's why we take our policies seriously so that we give you and other customers the best service we could possibly offer.
Appointment Policy
Being on time for appointments and meetings is a phase of self-discipline and evidence of self-respect. However, life does happen. That's why we have these:
Time Is Queen
Please be advised we only grant a grace period of 15 minutes for you to arrive for your appointment. We understand there could be unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full.
One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we treat you as a walk-in and we will try and accommodate you at the next available unbooked slot.
Cancellations
No-shows & last-minute cancellations mean that we have blocked a slot for each booked appointment, which results in a loss for our business. All cancellations are to be done at least 24hrs prior to your appointment.
We reserve a right to refuse bookings for clients who continuously no-show, no-message, no-call, have disruptive behavior, or refuse to comply with our policy.
Last-minute cancellations, can be canceled 3 hours in advance by calling 067 8300 856
Please give at least 3 hours notice so we can offer your reserved time slot to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment.
Repair Policy
We have a 5 day repair policy. If your nails chip, tear or lift within 5 days, we will fix it for free.
Anything after this will be done at a cost of R30.00 per nail to repair.
Nail sets should last approximately 14 days if well looked after;
If you are ever dissatisfied with any service that we offer, we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services.
Refunds
No refund will be issued once the client leaves the salon as this will be deemed as the client is satisfied and happy with our services.
